My job doesn’t like that I am shy and keep to myself. The entire place is filled with cliques and there is open belittling of people. Managers talk openly about issues regarding certain peoplein front of the entire office. I was told I’m not a culture fit cuz I’m shy. Just completely bs I think

How about telling people what to say. "The company made a lot of changes that didn't align with my career and/or life goals." Be prepared to elaborate. "After being with the company for (x amount of time), I came to realize that the culture was not the right fit." Be prepared to elaborate.

It’s crazy that recruiters are so lazy with their job. They’re creating ghost position instead of doing their job which is recruiting people and looking for employees because their entire job is to look for people, and all they do is post job postings, and don’t have time to remove it after that job has been filled

Ghost jobs are literally make it harder for small businesses to find employees, because these multi conglomerate companies are flooding the pages of job, listing sites and hiding any possibility of a start up business, finding employees because by the time you’ve gone through the available job postings it’s just six positions for McDonald’s for different positions for your local grocery store in an ad for a McDonald’s three hours away

Test 2 pages resume so i can have 2 paragraphs. This way, I get more keywords in @ more efficiently use chatgpt to create summary to match 80% rating. This means less effort required having to manually update each experience.
